The following projects in the Bahamas and elsewhere in the Caribbean were managed by the owners of Bimini Shipping:

CocoCay, Berry Islands, The Bahamas. Design, engineering and construction of an island destination development for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line (RCCL). Procured and shipped all construction goods including heavy equipment, utilities, vertical structures, concrete batch plant, and fuel storage units.

Crab Cay, Great Exuma, The Bahamas. Design, engineering and construction of infrastructure project for private developer. Procured and shipped all construction goods including heavy equipment, utilities, bridge materials, and sales palapa. Created barge offloading area and man's camp for site management.

Crooked Island, The Bahamas. Construction of an airport extension for private developer. Procured and shipped all construction goods including heavy equipment and paving, grading and drainage materials.

Great Stirrup Cay, Berry Islands, The Bahamas. Design, engineering and construction of Phase 1 of island destination development for Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL). Procured and shipped all construction goods including heavy equipment, vertical structures, and temporary utilities.

Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala. Design, engineering and construction of marina project as a component of new cruise ship destination. Procured and shipped all construction goods and equipment for marina and completed construction within 90 days of mobilization.

Frederiksted Waterfront, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Design, engineering and construction of waterfront revitalization project for the Public Finance Authority. Procured and shipped all construction goods including heavy equipment, utilities, and stone and landscaping materials.

Labadee, Haiti. Design, engineering and construction of cruise ship mooring facility for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line (RCCL).
